This birthday celebration was for a cute little boy celebrating his second birthday. We are proud to say that we also planned for his first birthday last year and it was a colorful and fun one! As in 'Under the Sea', the theme colors were shades of blue to resemble the ocean and highlighted with floaty sealife foil and 'bubblelike' helium balloons. A bubble machine churning bubbly bubbles filled the entire party area. A joyful and talented clown entertained the whole bunch of children throughout the party and they had a whale of time!
