Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum order of 15 pax per party

2. Please confirm party and theme minimum 14 days before party date

3. A 70% deposit is required upon party confirmation

4. Confirmation deposit is non-refundable if order is cancelled within 7 days of party date

5. Balance of payment to be made in CASH only before or on party date

6. Party invitation cards should be collected prior to party date

7. Party favor items are subject to change without prior notice depending on availability and will be replace with similar item or equivalent value

8. Delivery charges:
(a) Shah Alam/Klang/Subang -RM30.00
(b) Klang Valley - RM50.00
(c) Others - RM0.90/km plus toll charges

9. Surcharge may apply for very early morning/late night/weekend work for late orders

10. Party guests are to arrive at venue 15 minutes before party starts

11. The party will start on time and only additional 15 minutes will be allocated for late start
